Happy Garden Farm 開心花園農莊

It was weeks ago, when we passed by this place after visiting Tai Tong Ecopark (refer to https://www.facebook.com/113508473635882/posts/256798205973574/ ), it was mentioned by other KOL and bloggers a couple of times, a place where kids had fun playing while adults enjoyed barbecuing. K and D are not a fan of barbecues, so it’s perfect place to be if they can just play by themselves, while we adults could focus on food. The cashier, cutlery, bowls and plates (bowls are for veg and plates for raw meats), paper bowl for cook food, food and drinks are all available at the entrance. You’ll be designated to your barbecue spots, 4 person a table. My kids spent most of their time at the bouncy castles. No joke. They were on it for 3 hours of the 4 hours we were there, and the remaining 40mins at diff sections of the play areas last 20 mins at the table requesting for toasted bread, sausage and siu mai. I know I’m definitely coming back for more ! There are different time slots for 4 hours of ...

Quarry Bay Park’s Playground

You may know by now, I’m willing to travel just to have fun ! And few months back, I took kids to Quarry Bay. It’s their first time to this part of Hong Kong. I’m glad I did, because we found one of our favourite playground! Quarry Bay Park is at Tai Koo Shing, MTR blue line to Tai Koo. With few sets of playground equipment for different ages. It’s big enough to accommodate kids at all ages. What kind of play equipment do they have? Different levels of climbing frames, slides, swings, rocking horses, sway boats etc. Kids got super excited, and went wild running around. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up because the play area are in different sections and mine don’t stay at one especially after they make friends at the playground and start playing games that I am suspecting called “stay away from mommy’s sight” Nearest coffee: probably the mall Toilet: public toilets at the park near Fireboat Alexander Grantham Exhibition Shade: Not really, but it’s naturally shaded by the buildings. Legoland Discovery Centre is open!

Finally, the wait is over In addition to our sharing on previous post, there’re some hidden gems to be revealed in this post ! Uploaded a 2 mins snapshot so you could see for yourself 1. Miniland - miniatures showing Hong Kong’s most loved and popular buildings and landmarks, built with over a millions of Lego bricks. The lightning at this area changes from day to night. Kids love it as it is interesting and interactive. 2. Kingdom quest - we hopped on this shooting ride for a couple of times because kids just can’t get enough of rescuing the princess! 3. 4D studio - Kids first time with 4D, experiencing wind, snow, items flying around before their eyes. We watched both movies because D want to be Ninjago and K absolutely adores Unikitty from Lego Movie. From 6 March 2021, the operating hours are as below: Weekdays @ 1100~2000 (last admission at 1900) Weekends and public holidays @ 1000~2100 (last admission at 2000) For details: please visit LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Hong Kong 香港樂高探...
