Kids Kiss Kingdom

Scheduled a playdate at KidsKiss Kingdom親子主題餐廳 with K's friends since baby-time. 4 of them (2 boys and 2 girls) are September babies! We mommies knew each other for 4 years and we kept the friendship real and sincere with almost monthly gathering and schedule for kids fun time whenever possible. Says who that there's no real friends in mommy group?

Back to our happy Monday; Kids have so much fun running around the playhouse. They enjoyed all facilities including the transparent tube sliding, climbing up and around the net, jumping into pool of plastic balls, driving the wheels, the wooden train and tracks, role play in the kitchen and supermarket area.

Tips: Hiking

Hiking with kids can be tough but we did it anyway, because it’s one of the best way to show kids the right way to care and love the nature. Of course, there are times where kids get worn out, feel bored or throw tantrums; but they develop new skills like observing plants and livings in nature, experience independence and trained physiques when they spend time outdoors. However, heading into the nature with children requires some planning and prep; 1. Right clothing and gear. Layers of clothes so you could adjust for changing temperatures, weather and condition. Closed-goes shoes that fit well. Accessories like hat and sunglasses 2. Stock up your backpack. Filled up with snacks for kids (something they’ll look forward to), plenty of water, sunscreen and bug repellent. Consider to let your young children like mine (4.5yo and 3yo) bring 1 of their favourite toy if it makes them feel better about the hike. The old school playground - Holiday Farm

Proclaim: I am not advertising for them, I am not paid to do this. This is just my review, my sharing, my experience. Note: Mask on face at all time! Even when we are doing activities. Be safe, and don’t give a reason for these facilities to be forced to close too. Holiday farm is a family run, educational and interactive farm situated in Sheung Shui. It promotes green culture and environmental friendly lifestyle hence being there do make you feel closer to the nature; especially with their originality on play equipments. Last holiday, we took kids to Holiday Farm. Honestly, it’s an exciting place to be, we have a wonderful day, from 10 to 5pm 👍 Kids love everything they saw! Spartan Kids ! Aroo Aroo Aroo !

This year’s Spartan Kids race is over. There were one held in May, which ended terribly (refer to : https://fb.watch/9w7o6FVlPu/) . Then, another make up race was organised last Sunday, on 21st November. Now this is more like it ! There are 10 obstacles： 1. Over under through 2. Spartan sea 3. Muddy pit 4. Slip wall 5. Balance beam 6. “A” wall 7. Spider webs 8. Barbed wire 9. A frame 10. Log jump Kids love every bits! Well, almost every single one except the mud pit which got them in a little bit of a sticky situation.
